I have been with the forum for about 2 weeks now and i have come across 2 staff decisions that are unfair and stupid, both kaumi and chris have not been on this forum for ages and do nothing for this forum, i feel this is unfair to the members that put in effort to this forum, kaumi is a global moderator and was meant to be watching this forum at all times and keeping this place active and hasn't logged in since Sept 9th chris is moderator or the new people board and the music board and hasn't posted in ages, this is very unfair to those who want staff positions and are willing to work for this forum

Or would you rather be responsible for them loosing their jobs? Me and Dark Messenger deside who is going to be on our staff team not you so i would apreciate it if you could not make demands towards us in the future and maybe ask for a reason of absense first.... anyway i understand your concern and im looking into it. No offense but why do you care? you have only been a member for a few days and it hardly seems to be the case that you apply to the people that put in alot of effort to making this forum great when you have only been here for two days, this really doesn't concern you that much so please dont post here about it. |

Well i think i apply to this situation and although i dont want a staff position i think its at least fair to people who do want staff positions that people that are undeserving to their position should get demoted if you dont demote chris at least demote kaumi who definatly isn't doing his job in anyway and is letting the forum down, but in my opinion they should both get the sack

I dont believe that would be fair , I mean, Im just really busy with school and stuff and I will admit I havent been around that much , but Ive been with this form and lots of other forms with these people and they understand that sometimes I dont come on but that I always Iam here in disgues I guess you could say , I mean sometimes I dotn sign in and just look around and see whats new and see whats going on. I do understand where you guys are coming from and I see your points.

with all do respect i think that it is a decnt point but still their may not be much for them to do on this forum yet and remember that wehave recently gane ack to school so we have to fit in withschool and time to go out you may have noticed that i have been away but i have other things to do aswell and i am sure that you may want to do some stuff aswell instead of just sitting infront of the damn computer all day and looking at this forum come on give the staff members a break i think the staff members should stand their positions.
also these members have been here a lot longer than you have and have been loyal to the forum in all the time they have been here as that is why they got their position on this forum!!!!!!!!!!!!!

hey guys!!! im really really sorry i haven't been around for the past 2 weeks, i had to sort out a load of s**t to do with some coursework but im back now and i promise i will go back to being my old active self  im sorry i should have said something earlier. i sympathise with you hardworking loyal members anyway though |

All forums have ACTIVE staff members and i dont want to be a global mod i want fairness and people that deserve their jobs it seems unprofessional that innactive members get jobs like this with such a high responsibility, anyway i bet you, if kaumi was demoted, do you think he'd stick around, you get people like this all the time they come to a forum for a job if they dont get it they leave if they do get it their active, you take it away they leave, those people dont care about the forums only jobs and if hes not even around when he is on the staff he can hardly care about the forum and definatly wont be on the forum if he was demoted....

Ok this has gone far enough, chris can keep his job and kaumi can keep his job for the meantime if his activity does not increase within the next week he will loose his job ok? I want to hear no more about people loosing their jobs unless it comes from Dark Messenger or my head.
