For PhotoShop
Step 1. Make a new image any size.(I choose 350 x 100) Step 2. Get the Gradient Tool. If you are using my size you may copy what I got.
Step 3. Go to Filter>> Stylize>> Find Edges and this is what I got.
Step 4. Go to Filter>> Distort>> Polar Coordinates (Polar To Rectangle) here is what I have so far.
Step 5. Go To Filter>> Distort>> Wave And apply these settings. (Settings)
(What I Have)
Step 6. Now Right Click on that layer and hit Duplicate Layer the set The Blending Mode to Lighten and go to Edit>> Transform>> Flip Horizontal. (Heres what I have)
Step 7. Go to Layer>> Merge Down. Step 8. Right Click on that layer and press Duplicate Layer then set the Blending Mode to Lighten then go to Edit>>Transform>>Flip Vertical. (What I have So Far)
Step 9. Go To Image>>Adjustments>>Hue/Saturation or Ctrl + U. (Settings I Used)
Your Done. (Final Image.)
